U sklopu info pulta možete dobiti informacije o svojim pravima i obvezama te pomoć i podršku u komunikaciji s institucijama, organizacijama civilnog društva i privatnim akterima u cilju ostvarenja svojih socijalnih, kulturnih i temeljnih ljudskih prava.
Info pult je mjesto, gdje osim mogućnosti savjetovanja i informiranja, možete koristiti besplatan Internet, čitati i posuditi knjige i publikacije, učiti hrvatski jezik, dobiti pomoć u učenju (za odrasle i djecu), pronaći informacije o institucijama i drugim relevantnim akterima koji se bave izbjeglicama te ostale materijale koji vam mogu biti od pomoći u informiranju i razumijevanju društva u koje ste stigli.

Info pult uspostavljen je u sklopu projekta „Podrška integraciji izbjeglica" kojeg financijski podržava UNHCR.

The Center for Peace Studies (CPS) announces opening of the Asylum and Refugee Info Point from February 2011. Within the Info Point, team of integration officers will provide information and services in the area of refugees' integration in Croatian society.

The Info Point will provide information on refugees' rights and obligations and directly supports communication of refugees with institutions, civil society organizations and other actors aiming in reaching out refugees' social, cultural and fundamental human rights.

The Info Point serves besides consultancy and information as library and cyber spot where one can use free Internet service, read and use books and publications, study the Croatian language, getting help in studying (grown-ups and children both), find out information about competence of institutions and other relevant actors involved with refugees issues. More, the Info Point offers reading brochures that can be helpful for understanding and learning about the society in which you arrived to.

The Info Point has been established within the project ‘Supporting refugees' integration' supported by the UNHCR.

Le Centre pour les Études de Paix (CEP) annonce l'ouverture d'un Info-point concernant l'asile et le réfugié, dans ce dernier une équipe composée d'agents responsables de l'intégration, fournira des informations et des services dans le domaine de l'intégration des réfugiés au sein de la société croate.

L'Info-point fournira des informations sur les droits et les obligations des réfugiés, ainsi qu'un appui direct au dialogue de ces derniers avec les institutions, les organisations de la société civile et d'autres acteurs, visant à faire accéder les réfugiés aux droits sociaux culturels et fondamentaux de l'homme.

Appart le cabinet de conseil et de l'information, l'Info-point sert aussi comme bibliothèque et espace cyber, où l'on peut bénéficier d'un service Internet gratuit, de la lecture et l'usage des livres et des publications, de l'apprentissage de la langue croate, de l'obtention d'une aide pour les études (adultes et enfants à la fois) et d'accéder á des informations sur les capacités des institutions et d'autres acteurs concernés par la question des réfugiés, en plus de ça l'Info-point vous propose des brochures qui peuvent vous être utiles, dans la connaissance et la compréhension de la société dans laquelle vous venez d'arriver.

L'Info-point a été créé au sein du projet «Soutien de l'intégration des réfugiés» soutenu par l'UNHCR.
