As part of the project "For an Open and Secure Europe" funded through the programme "Towards an open, fair and sustainable Europe in the world - EU Presidency Project 2019-2021", the Center for Peace Studies published a policy paper "Criminalisation of Solidarity in the EU - what should be done to stop it?”.
The authors of the policy paper are Julija Kranjec and Ana Ćuća.
In addition to analysing political and legal trends and formal and informal ways of criminalising solidarity, the document also provides recommendations for decision-makers.
